This study analyzes the relationship between mystical tourism and ayahuasca practice in the tourist corridor of the Madre de Dios region during the 2021-2022 period. The research aimed to identify the correlation between these two variables, considering the experience of tourists who participated in shamanic and spiritual activities in the region. The study is basic, with a quantitative approach, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 152 tourists randomly selected from a total population of 250 visitors. Data was collected through surveys, validated with high reliability (Cronbach's alpha 0.918), and analyzed using Spearman's correlation. The results show a moderate significant correlation (r = 0.765, p < 0.05) between mystical tourism and ayahuasca practice, highlighting the impact of these practices on the cultural and spiritual experience of tourists. The study suggests that ayahuasca not only attracts tourists interested in spiritual experiences but also contributes to strengthening the region's tourism offer.
