Job Crafting and job performance in employees of Hospital II-2 Tarapoto, 2020 period

The general objective of the research entitled "Job Crafting and Job Performance in the collaborators of Hospital II - 2 Tarapoto, period 2020" was to determine the relationship between Job Crafting and Job Performance in the administrative collaborators of Hospital II - 2 Tarapoto, period 2020. The type of study is applied; the research design is non-experimental, likewise, the research had a study sample of 48 collaborators of the administration of Hospital II - 2 Tarapoto, which were used as data collection elements for both variables. To evaluate the general objective, the Rho Spearman test was applied, where it is evident that the relationship between both variables is significant, since the "p" value (Significance value = 0.00) obtained is less than 0.05, that is, it is observed that the correlation coefficient is moderately high and positive, 0.687, which is evidence to accept H1, therefore it is concluded that the relationship of the Job Crafting variable with the Job Performance variable is moderately high and direct.
