Economía verde como factor de competitividad en productores de una cooperativa cafetalera de San Martín

Resumen

La transición hacia prácticas productivas sostenibles constituye un desafío para organizaciones agrícolas que buscan mejorar su desempeño sin incrementar impactos ambientales. El objetivo fue explicar la incidencia de la economía verde en la competitividad de productores asociados a una cooperativa cafetalera de San Martín. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, aplicado, descriptivo-explicativo, no experimental y transversal, con una muestra probabilística de 114 agricultores. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios de 15 ítems, con alfa de Cronbach de 0,980 y 0,973. Los resultados mostraron niveles predominantemente regulares de economía verde (39 %) y competitividad (37 %). La regresión lineal evidenció una asociación positiva (r = 0,472; R² = 0,223; β = 0,406), indicando que la economía verde explicó el 22,27 % de la variabilidad de la competitividad. Se concluye que constituye un factor asociado al desempeño competitivo, aunque intervienen otros factores organizacionales y productivos.
