Management capacity and its relationship with CSR in textile manufacturing SMEs in the Tarapoto district, 2021

The general objective of the research was to determine and analyze the relationship between management capacity and the application of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in this sector during 2021. It was an applied-correlational type of research, with a non-experimental design, a quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 97 textile microenterprises, and the survey and the questionnaire were used as instruments. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.992, indicating a high positive relationship. This implies that the greater the management capacity in the business sector, the greater the efficiency in the implementation of CSR. The study hypothesis was accepted: "Management capacity is directly related to CSR in textile manufacturing MSEs in the Tarapoto district, 2021”.
