Job training and employee productivity at the Local Education Management Unit, Lamas

The objective of this study was to identify the relationship between job training and the productivity of employees in the Local Educational Management Unit, Lamas 2022. The research was of an applied quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive scope because it evaluated the degree of relationship between two or more variables. The research design was non-experimental cross- sectional because it was carried out without manipulating the variables. The population and sample were 45 collaborators. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between job training and the productivity of employees in the Local Educational Management Unit, Lamas 2022, since the statistical analysis of Spearman's Rho reached a coefficient of 0.943 (very high positive correlation) and a p value equal to 0.000 (p-value ≤ 0.01).
