Validation of the name Tachigali rodolfo-rocioii (Leguminosae), with corrected diagnosis

The epithet Tachigali rodolfo-rocioii (Huamantupa Chuquimaco et al., 2021) is not validly published because the description of the diagnosis in Spanish, or that it was published does not recognize the new taxon, according to the International Code of Nomenclature (ICN) O Spanish is not an official language to be used in the diagnosis of new species. For these reasons, in the present contribution a new diagnostic description in English is elaborated so that this epithet is valid.
The diagnostic description of Tachigali rodolfo-rocioii is corrected, for its validation, according to the ICN, chapter 5, valid publication of names, section 2 for new taxons, article 39.2 (Turland & Turland, 2018), mentions that "after January A new taxon published in 2012 must be accompanied by a diagnostic description in Latin or English”.
Se corrige la descripción diagnosis de Tachigali rodolfo-rocioii, para su validación, de acuerdo al ICN, capítulo 5, publicación válida de nombres, sección 2 para nuevos taxones, artículo 39.2 (Turland & Turland, 2018), menciona que “después de enero del 2012 un nuevo taxon publicado debe ser acompañado por la descripción diagnosis en Latín o Ingles”.
