Contribución de las TI en la mejora de la productividad de las PYME

La implantación de las Tecnologías de la Información (TI) se ha convertido en un gran paradigma de las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYME) debido a la incertidumbre que genera. En base a este acontecimiento el objetivo del estudio fue evidenciar como las TI contribuyen en mejorar la productividad de las PYME. Para ello, el estudio consistió en una revisión sistemática ejecutando búsquedas en distintas bases de datos de artículos científicos publicados en revistas indexadas a Scielo, Latindex Catálogo y Scopus entre los años 2018 y 2021. Los resultados muestran la importancia, impacto, ventajas y los desafíos que requiere la implantación de TI para mejorar la productividad de las PYME. La revisión concluye resaltando la adopción de TI genera ventajas competitivas en el mercado competitivo, debido a las mejoras en los canales de comunicación, reducción de tiempos de espera, mejora en la toma de decisiones y brindar mayor control de procesos.
