Web application for digital signature and electronic notification for the management of coercive resolutions in a public entity

Abstract

This study aims to optimize administrative processes in a public entity by developing a web application that integrates digital signatures and electronic notifications for the management of enforcement orders. The project followed key stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements specification, functional and integration test case design, documentation of test results, creation of a project plan, compilation of a component inventory, and design of the deployment process. This methodology ensured the technical and functional quality of the proposed solution. The results demonstrated that implementing the web application significantly improved the generation of digital signatures and the execution of the electronic notification process, resulting in faster processing times, fewer manual errors, and enhanced document traceability within the public entity. Ultimately, the study shows that the developed application is an effective and innovative tool for modernizing the management of enforcement orders, increasing operational efficiency, guaranteeing data security, and strengthening institutional transparency within public administration.
