The research involves the design of risk management within a university study program from a systemic–cybernetic perspective. It outlines a risk management model aligned with the organizational system and the quality management domain of the academic program. The methodology employed is systemic–cybernetic design, aimed at addressing operational criteria derived from current regulations and the standardization of its quality management system. Likewise, the research demonstrates the risk management process within an academic institution.
