Abstract

The study focused on the development and implementation of a web-based system to optimize the teacher assignment process in the Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) of Tambopata. A pre-experimental design with two measurements (before and after) was used to assess the system's impact. The results showed a significant reduction in teacher assignment times, decreasing from 29.23 hours to 20.13 hours, according to the Wilcoxon statistical test (p-value = 0.000). Additionally, processing times for the merit list and vacant position assignments were also significantly reduced (p-value = 0.000), improving overall process efficiency. Inferential analysis confirmed that the system's implementation significantly enhanced the transparency and traceability of the teacher assignment process, optimizing times and improving the satisfaction of administrative users.
